Offered is a Schoenhut Humpty Dumpty Circus essential, an antique clown in very good original condition.

Carved wood with jointed moving parts at swivel head, shoulder and hips.

Original cloth outfit including cone hat and red shoes.

Hand painted traditional clown facial features

(A bit scary!) on a two part swivel head with molded features. Potruding ears.

Very good working order, the stringing is tight, and it stands and poses easily.

7.5" tall not including the cone hat.

Schoenhut was a very large toy company based in Philadelphia and operated between 1903 and 1935. This 2 part head clown was produced between 1910 and the 1920's.
