1. Applicable industries

The air-operated diaphragm pump can be widely used in chemical industry, spray, food processing, water treatment industry and so on. The diaphragm, valve ball, valve seat and other materials can be customized.

 

2. Features

l It could not only pump the flowing liquid, but also convey some medium which is not easy to flow. It has advantages of the other pump, such as self-priming pump, submersible pump, shielding pump, mud pump and impurity pump and so on.

l By choosing the right diaphragm material and some other parts, it can convey acid, alkali, strong organic solvents and high viscous liquid.

l Three-way pilot design to avoid valve dead point and pump shutdown

l The pump has no rotating parts, will not cause environmental pollution and endanger personal safety; without electricity,  explosion-proof, can convey flammable fluid; No dynamic seals, and does not need oil lubrication, even dry running without damage to the pump, no noise.

l Lift(head) and flow can be adjusted stepless through adjusting valve opening. (air pressure between 2-8kg/cm2) .

l  Improved design for small business, building block design , easy to install and maintain.
