Wet the toothbrush, apply a small amount of toothpaste, turn on the device and gently brush your teeth in back and forth movements. Do not press too hard to avoid hurting your gums. Brush your teeth for two minutes, making sure to reach all surfaces. Rinse the toothbrush after each use.
