Vintage Abercrombie & Fitch men's corduroy coat from the original sporting and outdoor outfitter era, estimated to date to the late 1950s to early 1960s. Features a heavy brown/tan corduroy exterior, warm brown pile lining, pile-lined collar, large front flap pockets, adjustable button-tab cuffs, and a five-button front. Tagged size 40.
Excellent vintage character with substantial natural patina from decades of wear. The corduroy shows fading, discoloration, variations in color and nap, worn areas, marks, and scattered small holes/nicks. There is visible wear around the pockets, cuffs, edges, seams, sleeves, front and back. Buttons are mismatched, indicating that some were likely replaced during the coat's lifetime. These characteristics contribute to the aged, distressed appearance of the garment.
This is a genuinely worn vintage piece and is not being represented as being in pristine condition. Please carefully review all photos, including the close-up photos, as they are an important part of the condition description and show the patina, wear, holes, marks, fading, button variations, and other signs of age and use.
