this is the uber-rare, italian 1971 panini linus figurine set. the first multi-sport true peanuts packed issued set that avoids the entire confusion scenario plaguing the 1970 vs. 1983 dolly madison set(s). the set encompasses all 4 major sports along with card depicting the major holidays such as christmas, halloween and valentines day, of course.

while some of the fronts have italian quotes, most of the key cards do not. and while all the cards have english backs, most examples were affixed to the typical peanuts folders that were manufactured & released with the set. this makes finding unstuck backs w/o any signs of paper-loss a headache & an adventure.

with the scope of the set, iconic and original schultz drawings coupled with some of the all-time great scenes such as lucy & the football, the red baron & of course linus & his blanket, along with key first appearances of baseball, football & even hockey rookie cards of the peanuts gang.

since rediscovered and finally recognized by PSA, this anchor set is gaining traction with collectors both confused and priced-out of the 1970/83 dolly madison debacles.

its an extremely simple & solid set complete with confirmed dating thats fun and fairly affordable to procure, for now! dont get caught looking.

FYI: if the cards final realized price triggers and/or requires the “ebay authentication” process, it will require 2 shipments and take additional time. ebay is now charging sellers for the second shipping fee as well. my shipping fee is a reflection upon those charges as well & very minimal considering. orders will not be canceled because of this or the time constraints.
