In excellent condition and without flaws.This is a cute little sleeveless dress with original tags from Dress Barn. There are small belt loops on each side of the dress at the waistline but no belt or sash came with the dress. You could remove the loops carefully if you choose to. Or you could use a belt or scarf that you already have; or maybe a soft black ribbon? Care instructions:  Machine wash cold and line dry. (Instructions say to remove belt before washing so obviously there was a belt originally).

Pet-free, smoke-free environment.
