Aztec pair is definitely brand-new, never used. Other pair, unknown brand, looks like it may potentially have been used once, I'm not sure, hence the heavily discounted price. Either way, plenty of life left.  Note: No mounting hardware included (eg split pin, allen bolt). Shouldn't be a problem as long as you don't throw them away when you replace your brake pads.
