Delivery & Shipping

Mainland UK

We normally dispatch Mainland UK orders using a next-working-day delivery service with a reputable courier.

A next-working-day service refers to the delivery service selected and is subject to carrier availability, our dispatch cut-off times, destination, and circumstances outside our reasonable control. It does not constitute a guarantee of delivery on the next working day unless expressly stated otherwise.

Please refer to the individual eBay listing for the delivery service and timescale applicable to your order.

Highlands, Islands & Ireland

Additional delivery charges may apply to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and other offshore locations.

If your delivery address falls within any of the following postcode areas:

IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PO30-41, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25

Please contact us via eBay Messages and we will provide the appropriate shipping cost for your location.

International Delivery

We ship internationally using established carriers, including TNT and FedEx, and the service used will depend on the destination, size, weight and other delivery requirements.

Where an international listing specifies an Express service, the order will be shipped using the applicable Express service.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and may also be affected by customs clearance, local delivery conditions and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Our advertised delivery charges are based on the cost of shipping the order and are non-negotiable. We do not seek to make a profit from delivery charges.

Important Information for European & International Customers

If you are purchasing goods for export from the UK, it is essential that you are prepared to receive and import the goods into your destination country.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that all necessary registrations, authorisations and import requirements are in place before shipment to the extent that those requirements or costs are the purchaser's responsibility under applicable law and the terms of the transaction.

Once your order has been placed, please provide any information required for export and customs clearance via eBay Messages, including, where applicable:

VAT registration number
EORI number
Any other documentation or information required by the authorities in your destination country

Failure to provide the required information may result in delays, additional charges or unsuccessful delivery.

Any additional costs arising from missing or incorrect import information, documentation or authorisations will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

We recommend checking the import and customs requirements applicable to your country before placing an international order.

Damaged Goods & Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order for any visible signs of damage upon delivery, wherever reasonably possible. Prompt notification allows us to investigate the matter with the courier and resolve it as quickly as possible.

If the packaging or goods are clearly damaged in transit, you may refuse delivery where appropriate and should contact us as soon as reasonably possible through eBay Messages. Accepting a delivery does not affect any rights you may have if the goods are subsequently found to be damaged or faulty.

Please retain all packaging until the matter has been resolved, as the courier may require photographs or inspection as part of a claim.
