Robin Hood Series 3A Convertible. Taxation class Historical. Petrol 2.1 Pinto 5 speed Manual. Converted to unleaded. Based on a Sierra running gear I believe. 1984 Registered.
Car was built by a professional Mark Crankshaw in Oct 1997 -April 1998.
Previous owner owned since 2002. I purchased in 2025 but haven’t really had the time to spend on it as I was also restoring another car.
It has a new starter motor, new side exhaust, added Mini lite wheels. Tyres are all good. It runs and drives but the carbs are a bit flat so think it needs fine tuning or the timing done. New cam belt and water pump fitted.
Hood frame and hood and doors removed but have to go with the car.
Spare wheel holder at rear of car removed but I still have this.
Front chrome bar removed but this will come with the car.
Overall tidy car for the age. You can feel it has a lot of power even though it holds back a bit.
Ideal for someone who has the time.
