This is (was) a New Old Stock Bergeon tool in original envelope.

I've pictured this before opening and after to show what is inside.

Some light surface rust in places from storage.

These cost from £55 each (in a set of 6) to around £75 each singly - so good saving!!

Someone asked about size of smallest holder it is appx. 3.21mm, there is also 4.97mm (these don't seem to have the handle winder part btw.
