We aim to ship all items ordered pre 3pm (weekdays) the same day via next day or two day courier dependent on the service selected at checkout.
We accept unwanted returns for any reason within 45 days of purchase – with the exception of Wigs, hosiery, make up, underwear and headsets (wireless and Corded) for health and hygiene reasons. We will fully refund the purchase price of any unwanted return, however return postage cost will not be refunded.
Any genuinely faulty items can also be returned within 45 days whereupon they will be inspected and refunded if found faulty. We will also refund any return postage where the item is found to be faulty within 60 days.
Any returns from within the UK must be returned via the ebay managed returns process. Simply find the item you wish to return from within the 'My ebay' section of your account and follow the returns process.
If the item is not as described in the listing then please follow the ebay managed returns process and we will refund/replace accordingly.
If you are buying from outside the UK please contact us via the ebay messaging service to arrange the return of the item.
