Rare Bicentennial 1776-1976 Personalized "Monfret" South Carolina License Plate which has some wear around the mounting holes, but otherwise this plate is in well preserved condition with shiny back and only minor, spotty wear to the painted finish. 1977-78 stickers are also intact.
