These are original plan view documentation drawings of the 210-foot US Coast Guard Cutter DECISIVE.  The ship is currently the SLNS Samudravijaya, after the US Coast Guard transferred ownership of the vessel to the Sri Lanka Navy on December 2nd, 2025.

Before that, the USCGC Decisive served the Unites States Coast Guard from 1968 to 2023.  The keel was laid on May 12, 1967 and was launched in December of that same year (think if we could build ships that fast today!). Originally homeported in New Castle, New Hampshire, it also served in St. Petersburg, Florida; Pascagoula, Mississippi; and finally in Pensacola, Florida.  It was decommissioned by the US Coast Guard in 2023.

As best I can tell from my own Engineering career, these are "layout" documentation drawings that enable the US Coast Guard to manage maintenance of the vessel by documenting all of the key details of the ship, from deck-to-deck, and bow-to-stern.  Ship spaces, locations, weapons, equipment, etc., etc. are all clearly noted and located on these drawings.  I'm assuming, since I've been in personal possession of these drawings since the 80s, that they are no longer sensitive information.  I received the drawings (they were discarded by the Coast Guard) from my brother.  He graduated from the US Coast Guard Academy and served for over 20 years as a US Coast Guard Engineering Officer.

I never actually saw this Cutter, but I did spend the night once on the USCGC Steadfast (in St. Petersburg Florida), a similar 210-foot Cutter just recently decommissioned in 2024.

These are completely reproduceable, robust, mylar and ink drawings that can last over 100 years with proper care.  They can be used to make unlimited bluelines (modern version of blueprints), if desired, from any architectural blueprinting service.  You can make and frame an unlimited number of your own prints from these reproduceable drawings.

Drawings will be shipped in a very robust ULINE mailing tube (3" dia x 42"), rolled and NOT FOLDED.  FedEx and UPS are selected, because USPS has issues shipping things like a mailing tube.
