The 2024 season was a historic campaign for Hull Kingston Rovers, as Willie Peters guided the Robins to second place in the Super League regular season and their first-ever Super League Grand Final. After defeating Warrington Wolves in the play-off semi-final, Hull KR faced Wigan Warriors at Old Trafford, narrowly losing 9–2 in the season-ending showpiece.
