Listing as Heavy Play but the card is close to "damaged" condition. I've uploaded extra photos to show the warping, creasing, and divots the best I can. There is also don't scuffing on the back that's a bit harder to see. It presents as a raised area from the center of the pokeball, up to the top center of the card. It seems the scuffing came from this area being raised.
