This is a 1950 BUICK 4-Door Sedan METAL MODEL CAR.

I think it's a bank, but if so, the bottom is missing.

I can't find any markings indicating who the manufacturer is.

I'm not sure what scale it is, but it's definitely smaller than 1/25 scale.

Another eBayer just informed me that this was made by Natioinal Products Co. of Chicago.  Thanks!
