An eBayer just contacted me and believes these are made by St. Louis Crystal of France. There is no longer  a sticker on these and I cannot find a maker on the bottom. If they are, you are getting an unbelievable bargain price, but since I cannot verify this, the price will stay the same. I do have some St. Louis pieces on auction now if you would like to take a look.

 These are just stunning tumblers that are a beautiful shade of cobalt blue that is cut to clear.  Each highball is in mint condition: free of any chips, cracks, scratches, cloudiness or repairs. You will receive all five of them in this auction.  They measure 4 5/8 inches tall with an opening diameter of 2 5/8 inches. They are absolutely perfect, and so highly detailed. Towards the bottom there are raised rectangular dots. I tried to get a photo of these. I have these five priced to sell today.
