Blue cloth with white and red ink panels and lettering on the spine and front board, a few stains on the boards. Bound with a forward lean and some reading wear, former owner's inscription and soiling at the endpapers, clean otherwise. Wright's novel about Bigger Thomas and his trial for the murder of a wealthy white woman in Chicago, considered one of the best novels of the 20th century. Very Good / Good.
