This is one of a large set of Kurt Adler Lighted House that I have listed this week. I found them at a estate sale in Des Moines last weekend. I have never seen this collection before. The houses are adorable. They do not come with boxes. This house is called Adam & Eve's Apple Orchard Cider Shop. This one is so rare! It has a sign that says to the garden. The front of the houses are resin and the back and sides are wood. They are marked Kurt Adler on the back. 13 1/4" x 8 1/4" x 5.5". The insides of the houses are painted so when lit up you can see the inside also. Pastel colors. Comes as shown in the picture. This item is from the Springtown Collection from the 1980's.

There is one place pictured where the resin is chipped but so hard to notice.
