The Edwards E2M2 is a
compact, two-stage oil-sealed rotary vane mechanical vacuum pump. It delivers a pumping speed of about 1.5 to 2.0 CFM (1.6 m³/h) and achieves an ultimate vacuum down to 2.5 × 10⁻⁴ mbar.
