RS4.0 4" Reference Midrange Speakers

The ARC Audio RS4.0 is a compact four-inch Reference Series midrange designed for active systems where clarity, depth and installation flexibility matter. Its lower resonance and increased excursion capability support deeper midband crossover points, helping move crossover interaction away from critical staging regions.

A hard-pressed composite papyrus cone combines low mass with controlled damping, while the cast-aluminium basket and low-damping rubber surround maintain mechanical stability. The high-flux neodymium motor uses an integrated shorting ring to reduce distortion and inductive rise, and every pair is hand-matched for compliance and acoustic symmetry.
