A 21-page extensive Bill of Fare of Chinese Dishes, at the famed Sun Ya Restaurant on Nanking Road, Shanghai.  It was popular with both foreigners and Chinese.  An American-style soda fountain was located in the building.  This is a good look at pre-war Shanghai.
