Beschreibung
Das präsentierte Kunstwerk zeigt eine detaillierte Gravur eines Kindes in Profilansicht, dessen Kopf nach oben gerichtet ist. Seine lockigen Haare sind sorgfältig dargestellt und erzeugen eine Textur, die das Licht- und Schattenspiel hervorhebt. Das Spiel der Linienführung imitiert die weichen Konturen der kindlichen Physiognomie. Es könnte sich um das Christuskind aber auch einen Putto handeln
