The LENGTH is 24" with the SLEEVE being 25 1/2".  There are FOUR POCKETS that ZIP and SNAP with ALL ZIPPERS being HEAVY DUTY.  The BACK has TWO GUSSETS for comfort and a HARLEY DAVIDSON DECAL.
