I don't have the original parts anymore but most agree that this guitar is beautiful and ready to rock. I have the string height set up to .04 at the 12th fret. This neck plays fast just like all of my Charvels. With the action this low when playing acoustically and not plugged in you'll notice minor buzzes on some frets but nothing that effects the play when plugged in. I thought I'd mention this because if you are playing super clean and looking for absolute clean playing you might want to get some frets leveled but like I said with the metal stuff I'm playing you wouldn't notice at all. Plenty of fret life left. I took pictures of the bumps and scrapes. These are the kind of imperfections that you don't see when the guitar is on the stand just up close when you inspect the guitar. Pretty normal for a guitar that is just shy of 40 years old. I put circles around them in the pictures so you could find them. 

These Charvels are killer guitars. Crazy players for the price you pay. I'd put this guitar head to head with any Fender of the day American or import!  I think Fender would agree because they ended up buying Charvel! I have taken wonderful care of this guitar for the last 5 years. It has that special feel or mojo when you play it. I'm not a fan of the way most maple necks look but this one has aged nicely and has an amber/maple syrup look. This guitar was made in the Matsumoto factory. A legendary factory known for its consistent quality and guitars produced here are sought out.
