The items come from a smoke and pet free home. Condition of the item is reflected in the photos. If multiple of one item is being sold, condition of the item that you will receive can be slightly different than the one that is on the listing pictures.

We try to inspect all corners, front, back, and sides of all items that we have up for sale, and describe the items condition as accurately as possible.

All items are sold as is & final with no returns.

We make sure we do all we can so your package will arrive safely when mailing.

We ship with Standard Shipping mostly.

If you need faster shipping such as Express/Overnight/1 Day, we are able to ship it that way but it will cost you more for the shipping price.

Once the package is scanned by the carrier, It's out of our hand. 

Shipping charges will not be refunded due to the wrong address or change your mind. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

For the Global Shoppers (outside of United States), we use eBays Global Shipping Program as we have found it provides the most safety for the seller and the buyer for the item being delivered.

The shipping price will be determined by this program and we do not have control over the final cost.
