This is a Wibtek socket LGA 1150 (chipset H81) thin Mini-ITX motherboard. 

To power it you need a very common 'wide tip' with pin inside laptop-style brick (you can use older 2nd-4th gen DELL/HP laptop chargers/bricks/Power Supplies) which IS NOT INCLUDED with the sale. 

This has a USB 3.0 ports, HDMI and LVDS port, so it can be a very flexible board, it can go into AIOs (you need to do your own research to make sure it is the right one for you), in SFF small builds for HTPCs or office PCs, etc
