Rotary die cutting tool works by rotating the cutter to generate cutting force. The tool developed by the company is a special-shaped hole cutter with easy operation. It is most suitable for general machines, CNC automatic lathe, processing center and drilling machines. It can be used to make blind holes, through holes or regular/irregular polygons. Apart from standard hexagonal and square holes, special shapes such as star shape and spline can also be customized.
Have sales in many countries. Can be used on lathe, milling machine, drilling machine, machine center. Turning speed should be within 800-2000rpm.

Broaching cutters are made for 11, 14 and 17 MM square holes.
Broaching depth is 1.5 time of edge length.
For 11 MM square hole, the hole broaching depth is 16.5 MM.
For 14 MM square hole, the hole broaching depth is 21.0 MM.
For 17 MM square hole, the hole broaching depth is 25.5 MM.
Broaching tools can be made of inch size too. So Customer can tell us the size of the broaching heads he prefers. Then we will prepare accordingly.
KC-CX16E's cutting capacity is as following:
For square hole, edge to edge distance is 8 -- 16 MM. So this listing just includes three broaching tools. For 22 MM square hole, it's out of this tool's capacity. We can make a 22 MM broaching head for this tool holder. But can not tell if it can make 22 MM broaching or not.
The broaching head can make hexagon hole on material hardness less than HRC 30. If your workpiece is made by stainless steel, we need to make suitable punch head and have extra cost.
By changing broaching heads, we can make different size hexagon hole, square hole, spline hole.
On the video, we just display how this tool works on lathe.
