A beautiful set of four (4) handmade stoneware mugs by renowned British potter Tom Butcher. These pieces were created at his original Mansefield Studios in Loch Long, Argyll & Bute, Scotland. Design & Aesthetic: These mugs feature Butcher’s signature minimalist aesthetic, blending Japanese Wabi-Sabi philosophy with clean Scandinavian forms. • Body: Toasted, speckled stoneware with a tactile, unglazed sandy base. Small size a bit bigger than espresso sized. • Glaze: A smooth, satin-matte oatmeal/white glaze on the upper body and interior. • Form: Large, comfortable "D" handles and a sturdy, weighted feel. Condition: Excellent vintage/pre-owned condition. No cracks, crazing, or chips. (Note: As these are handmade, slight variations in speckling and glaze height are part of the artisanal charm).
