Titan Fitness sent me a set of T-2 Series Power Rack J-Hooks instead of what I actually ordered, and did not require me to return the mistaken item. As you can see, the box was only opened to confirm what was inside. I haven't even removed the shrink wrap. Get yourself a great accessory at a better price!
