Good used condition and fully functional. The vice operates as it should.
It has been stored outside, so the operating chain had some surface rust. I’ve since cleaned and lubricated all the moving parts with WD-40, and the chain and mechanism are now moving smoothly.
The original tripod retaining chain (used to keep the legs together when folded) is missing, so I’ve been using a ratchet strap instead. This has no effect on how the vice works.

It has the usual cosmetic marks, scratches and paint wear you’d expect from a used professional tool, but it’s in good overall condition and ready to use.
