This diecast Hubley 1932 Chevrolet phaeton model was built roughly 50 years ago and stored in its original box with assembly instructions and Hubley literature.  The body was brush painted in a burgundy color that is faintly speckled now from aging.  While largely intact, recent removal from its box revealed that some of the model’s smaller parts were loose, broken or possibly missing.  A reasonably skilled and patient model maker could assemble the loose and broken parts, resulting in a fairly presentable vintage model.  Otherwise, this model provides and abundant supply of parts to resurrect other Hubley diecast 1932 Chevrolet models.
