This carburetor has been on the shelf for 20+ years. It will need to be rebuilt .

I don’t see ovious missing parts or damage .

Choke moves freely. Throttle is stuck .

This is the most complete one of these. I’ve seen in a while. Looks like it’s all there.

I see an accessory spacer that is not common.
