I had a bakery and used these many times for chocolates. Some of these molds are no longer in production.

Some molds should be put in the refrigerator, not freezer. Deep molds need to set to room temperature, before they will pop out of molds.

Clear plastic, do not put in dishwasher.  Wash in warm soapy water.  These have been in storage, and you should always wash before using.
