Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

• This is an oversized item and will be shipped via LTL Freight.
• Minimum order quantity: 4 (four) tires.
• Delivery is available only to valid commercial or industrial business addresses.
• Residential addresses are not eligible for delivery. Home-based businesses are considered residential addresses.
• Farms, remote or rural locations, and certain hard-to-access commercial addresses may not qualify for free shipping.
• A valid business name must be provided with the delivery address.
• A loading dock and unloading personnel should be available at the delivery location.
• A liftgate service is available at no additional charge if needed for delivery.
• Orders requiring LTL Freight will ship within 3 business days after the delivery address has been verified.
• Once an order has shipped, address changes, cancellations, or other modifications cannot be accommodated. Any costs resulting from requested changes after shipment will be the responsibility of the buyer.
• LTL Freight drivers are only responsible for delivery and are unable to accommodate additional requests during delivery.
• After your order is placed, our customer service team will contact you to verify your shipping information.

Please Note: Tire manufacturers recommend replacing tires every 10 years. Properly stored tires maintain their service life regardless of their manufacturing date.

Rims are NOT included.

Shipping

We offer Fast & Free Shipping when all commercial delivery requirements listed above are met.

• Shipping is available only within the 48 contiguous United States.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
• Orders ship within 3 business days after the delivery address has been confirmed.
• Freight carriers do not pick up shipments on weekends or national holidays.
• Estimated delivery information will be available after the shipment has been picked up by the freight carrier.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
• Applicable sales tax is calculated, collected, and remitted by eBay in accordance with state regulations.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order ships.

To request a cancellation:

1. Go to your Purchase History.
2. Locate the order you wish to cancel.
3. Select More Actions > Cancel This Order.
4. Submit your request.

While we will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, approval cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

Returns & Warranty

90-Day Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase.
• Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
• Qualifying returns will receive a full refund.

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or not as described:

• Do not install or use the product.
• Take clear photographs of the item and the issue.
• Contact our customer service team immediately so we can assist in resolving the matter.

All tires are backed by the manufacturer's applicable warranty. Warranty claims are processed through the manufacturer, and our team is happy to assist throughout the process.

• When available, the production year is listed in the Item Specifics. Tires may occasionally be up to five years old; however, all inventory is properly stored to preserve quality and performance.
• Sales tax is calculated and collected by eBay based on the buyer's shipping location.
