SHIPPING DEDUCTIONS: Since shipping is a separate cost, the original shipping fee is NON-REFUNDABLE for any return caused by buyer error (e.g., "Ordered by mistake," "Doesn't fit," or "Changed mind/Misdiagnosed", “Didn’t like item”, “Found better price” ).
RETURN SHIPPING: The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label for all non-defective items.
30-DAY WINDOW: Returns are accepted within 30 days. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
PARTIAL REFUND POLICY: Per eBay Seller Protection, if a part is returned used, installed, or damaged by the buyer or shipping carrier, a deduction of up to 50% may be applied to the refund.
We stand behind our parts 100%, but we do not participate in "guess and check" repairs. To process a return for a defective part, we require the following:
TECHNICAL EXPLANATION: You must provide a brief technical explanation of the diagnosis. (e.g., "The part failed a continuity test" or "Error code F61 persisted after installation").
MODEL VERIFICATION: You must provide the Model Number of the appliance the part was installed in.
MISDIAGNOSIS NOTE: If a part is returned as "defective" but passes our bench test upon return, it will be treated as a Buyer Remorse return. In these cases, the original shipping cost will be deducted, and a restocking fee may apply.
TESTED: All parts are reclaimed from units and bench-tested by our technicians to ensure they are functional.
SECURITY MARKED: All items are marked with invisible security ink and other security marks. If a part is returned without our mark or has been "swapped," the return will be denied and reported to eBay.
