How To Order & Send Artwork

Please email artwork with referencing your eBay ID and order number.

eBay does not allow contact details in listings so we will send you the email after purchasing or you can find it if you click on our shop and check the banner at the top.

We cannot use artwork sent by ebay messages as the quality is reduced.

STEP 1: Choose from the drop down box and purchase via eBay.

If you would like blank boards with no artwork please mention this in the personalisation box.

Please note: We request you send your PRINT READY artwork to us immediately after your purchase. If we haven't received your artwork within 2 working days from the date of your purchase we reserve the right to cancel your order.

File Requirements

- Supply artwork as PDF or high quality JPG files. We can not use Word doc. files, please export them as a PDF.

- Design to the size of the board ordered. If you provide your artwork as a square please let us know if you would prefer it to be landscape or portrait.

- Minimum 300dpi resolution.

- Large artwork files can be sent via https://weeprintbig.artworker.io

- Embed / flatten or convert any text into outlines.

- We DO NOT require crop marks or bleed on the artwork.

- We can cut your artwork to shape for an additional cost

- Supply artwork as CMYK. (Please preflight your artwork before submit, We will not accept any colour variations after printing proceeds

If You Have Created Artwork on Canva

1. Create the artwork in the exact size of the board you would like e.g. A4/A3/A2/A1

2. When downloading it will automatically come up as .PNG. Please change this to download in pdf print to ensure the quality is high.

Please note that colours in Canva are set as RGB unless you have the premium version. Sometimes RGB colours will not turn out as on screen when converted to CMYK so ensure they are suitable in CMYK before sending.

Once ordered, please check for eBay messages or emails as we may contact you about your order and may not be able to print and ship your order if the artwork is not suitable.

Please be aware we are not responsible for any damaged caused through delivery, but we will try our best to help you to raise the complaint with the courier company.

DELIVERY

We will send orders by DPD signed delivery.

Please note that production can take up to 2 working days.

If you require next day delivery please select express delivery and ensure print ready artwork is sent by 11am.

Delivery times are an aim subject to optimum conditions.

Saturday delivery is also available, please contact us if you require this.

RETURNS

If you change your mind, or the purchase is not suitable, you may notify us to cancel the contract within 30 days after the day of receipt of item(s) and you have a duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) until we receive the item(s) back. Return posting costs will be at your expense.

Please note personalised products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
