***PLEASE READ!!!  If at any point you have an issue with your package/item, PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST.  We will make it right.  EBay has restructured their seller rating system.  The new system no longer goes by "Star" rating, but rather an arbitrary algorithm... this includes items lost/damaged by the postal service (eBay terms it "Item Not Received").  EBay will request you open a case for such items, but then we, the seller, are penalized for USPS error.  Prime example, we lost our TRS status due to the fact the post office lost several packages last holiday season (2013).  Despite the fact that we issued full refunds on all items and handle the insurance claims ourselves, it will take 12 months to remove those from our record.***

 

 

 

Handling Times and Returns:

Handling time is set at 1 day.  We do our best to meet or beat this.  Please understand that we are a family of 6 with a husband who works full-time, a wife who raises and homeschools 3 children (one on the way).  Life happens sometimes, but we will always keep you up to date on your purchase.  Payment is due no later than 3 days after purchase

All vintage machines are exactly that... vintage.  They may have cabinet wear, needle marks, etc - we provide 12 photos of every machine we sell so you get the full picture (pun intended).   All machines are gone over, run through the gambit, tested, and shipped.  There is a TON of literature out there on these machines, please make sure you know what you're buying.  Again after 2200+ positive feedback (my wife has a username too) we have NEVER received a negative feedback on a sewing machine.

Our return policy is 14-day returns - return is for purchase price, buyer assumes initial shipping and return shipping.  There is a 15% re-stocking fee.  This re-stocking fee simply represents the commissions/fees we incur in selling the item that we cannot recoup.  Re-stocking fees do not apply to even exchanges (i.e. you bought the wrong size part and need to return it for the correct size).
