If I plug it in, the power light comes on but I don’t get a picture. When I look at the hdmi port, it seems slightly off center so I wonder if that’s the issue.

You can see from the picture it’s not in the best physical condition. It’s missing a panel on top and it’s somewhat grimey/stained. It’s light colored so tough to get some darker spots off.
