The item is in quite good condition. There are a few tears along the edges of a few pages.

My husband's grandfather worked on the B&O Railroad, so he was interested in trains from a very early age.  He collected many railroad items. At 79, I'm downsizing and hope someone else can enjoy his items as he had wished.

Items have always been stored in our smoke-free and pet-free home.
