VINTAGE 1930s ERA BRASS & ENAMEL 'RUDGE WHITWORTH COVENTRY' MOTORBIKE, BICYCLE LAPEL BADGE


A vintage British motorcycle, bicycle company brass and enamel badge. This being a scarce original circa 1930s "Rudge Whitworth Coventry" mens' lapel badge. The design features the company logo, a red hand superimposed on a cycle wheel. Rudge-Whitworth was a British bicycle and motorcycle manufacturer based in Coventry. The badge was manufactured by W.O. Lewis (Badges) Ltd in Birmingham. 


Condition: Used, condition. A bit rough. The badge has developed a rusty patina over time there's been significant degradation and signs of age or oxidation are evident. The badge measures about 2.22 cm in diameter.

Postage - General

A valid mobile number is advised if Buyers wish to receive tracking and delivery messages.

Where there are multiple purchases from the same Buyer the postage is combined. Postage is charged at as close to cost as possible and postal overpayments are refunded. 


Domestic postage 

Anywhere within Australia service used is the Australia Post Registered service with tracking and a signature required for delivery.


International Postage: 

The Australia Post International Registered Post service is used with tracking and a signature required for delivery. 


Postage to the USA: There is none. Due to tariffs by the USA government no orders will be posted to the USA until further notice. However US ebay members can bid and I'll post the item to an address to another country like Canada - as long as that address is in the bidders ebay and PayPal profile.


To avoid overseas fees, UK HMRC customs duty, VAT and etc, buyers from overseas can have an item posted to an Australian address for forwarding by a friend or relative. However buyers need to have that address added to their eBay and PayPal profile prior to payment.
