The program is in excellent condition with only light wear. All of the pages are secure, and there are no creases or tears. The lineup is included and has not been folded. The ticket stub for this race is included. Numerous pictures were taken to assist with the condition and content of the program, ticket stub, and lineup.

The 1982 Old Dominion 500 was held at Martinsville Speedway on October 17th. The race was won by Darrell Waltrip over Ricky Rudd, Richard Petty, Terry Labonte, and Joe Ruttman.
