Here’s your chance to get a complete set of carriages to form the first ever passenger train in NSW. This set of passenger carriage kits will save you 10% on the price of purchasing these individually.
The set includes an 1855 Wright ad Sons 1st class carriage, Second class carriage, 3rd class carriage and one of the original brake vans.
The kits include resin printed bodies and chassis as well as side frames with brass bearings for smooth rolling wheels. Prototypical double spoke wheels are also included in the kits as well as period decals, glazing and brass buffers.
To reduce the manufacture cost we have designed the kits to have the printer support material left in place. Previously this was a labour intensive process to clean and remove when packing kits and added greatly to the cost of manufacture. To provide you with a more affordable kit we have left the support structure in place. This support structure if pretty easy to remove and can be mostly removed by hand.
