Payment

We accept payment PayPal for online orders. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by Echeque.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. If you want to return a part that is just not required anymore please go to My eBay and open a returns request , if a part is faulty please also use the eBay return procedure and send to us for testing in both cases making sure you enclose a copy of the original purchase invoice which would have been sent with the item..
