• No delivery to PO Boxes.
• Tracking number will be provided via your eBay account. 
• Orders are dispatched same day if orders received before 10-AM otherwise will be despatch on the next day.

60 days return policy. If you have any issue with your purchase contact us immediately via eBay messages, therefore all communication being log and can be track for future reference.

Please note:

• You can not exchange it for something else or return it for credit if you decide you do not want the product.
• You are entitled to a replacement or refund if it is faulty or damaged, as per Australian Consumer Law. We recommend you thoroughly inspect it as soon as you receive it. Maximum 30 days for any claim. 
• If you would like to return a product, please ensure the item is in the same condition as when you received it i.e Original packaging, all accessories supplied and supporting documents that come with it.
• Return only accepted for an item that not being used or install or fitted. 
• Return not accepted for wheel and tyre due to the nature of the product, as we can not sell them as the same condition - new condition. 
• Freight cost for return postage is buyer responsibility.
• It is your responsibility as the buyer/bidder to ask ALL questions before bidding, upon bidding you enter a legally binding contract which you understand what you are purchasing and all questions have been asked. We try our very best to accurately describe the item listed, slight errors may occur, please contact us if you find anything doubtful.
• Canterbury Tyre and Mag will guarantee the quality of all the brand new tyre we supply for the life of the tyre, all warranty replacements for tyre are based on pro-rate basis to tread-wear bar, (for example, if a tyre is worn 40%, Canterbury tyre will cover 60% of the cost of the replacement tyre while you only pay 40% of the cost).
• Should you discover a manufacturer's fault after the purchase, the item must be returned at customer expense to our store. If after examination shows that the product has failed in normal use due to defects in the product we will arrange repair or replacement. Such repair or replacement shall not include installation, freight charges or any other associated costs. This warranty is not applicable to products which have been subject to corrosion of the finish due to neglect, chemicals, and/or adverse weather conditions, impact damages on road use and any off road or track use. We recommend all wheels be regularly washed with warm mild soapy water only as other chemicals can ruin your alloy wheel finish and void warranty, we further recommend wheels be washed regularly as built up grime, dust and brake dust can cause deterioration in alloy wheel finish.
• Any modification or additions to your vehicle are of your own accord and it is up to you to determine if wheels will fit with modifications as we cannot guarantee all fitments after any modifications. 
• When the wheels and tyre on a car are changed, this can alter its legality on the road. It is the vehicle owners' responsibility to contact relevant road and traffic authorities prior to the modifications being undertaken to see if they are permitted. We are not liable for any legal issues that may arise with the purchase and installation of wheels and/or tyre.
