What to expect: We rarely have on hand inventory. Orders are processed in the order they are received and you should expect it to take 4-8 days for your order to ship. Your minis will be extremely detailed and printed with a custom blend of resin to ensure an optimal mix of detail and durability. We would love to earn your repeat business and your absolute satisfaction is our priority. If you have any issues with your order at all, please reach out to us and we will make it right.

Finish Options:

1. Basic: Unpainted, unassembled, unsanded

IMPORTANT: If the unassembled option is chosen it is also important to note that supports can leave behind tiny pot marks or raised nubs that will need cleaning/filling. Depending on the fragility of the print different resin mixtures will be used, and you can expect all models to ship in various shades of grey. Unless the structural integrity is compromised by shipping you should expect that all supports be removed and your order shipped clean.  Slight warping is an unavoidable aspect of UV curing resin. Therefore, for larger models made of multiple pieces, gap filler and sanding will likely be required for a smooth/finished look. Please note there may also be micro supports missed in the cleanup process.

Note on Scale: Please note that scale does not refer to base size or model height!! The scale option is the measurement of a six-foot male human standing in a T-Pose measured from the base of their feet to their eyes. If selecting a 32mm scale, a male human standing upright will measure 32mm to the eye, and all other creatures are made proportional to that based on the artist's intent. For example, If you ordered a 32mm scale dragon, it would not be 32mm tall, but 220 mm(~9 inches)! If the scale listed does not meet your needs, please reach out and we can find a solution together!

All rights to such materials remain with their respective owners. Models are printed with photopolymer resin and should not be put in mouth, and mask/ventilation should be used while sanding. All models should arrive fully UV cured, but in the rare event you find that the model is sticky or presenting liquid from a drain hole it is critical that it is not touched with bare hands (This can be resolved with a few minutes with a UV light or time in the sun).
