Returns & Warranty
Return Policy:
- Claims for return must be made in writing within the first 7 days of receipt of item and freight fees are non-refundable.
- We accept returns if the item is still in its original packaging with no missing or damaged parts within 30 days after purchase. A 30% deduction fee will be applied to the refund amount to cover handling and final value charges.
- The buyer is liable for return postage costs. This policy also extends to orders cancelled after dispatch from our warehouse.
Warranty:
- Please email us if the item is DOA (dead on arrival) within 7 days from the date of dispatch. We will replace the item once checked by our technician.
- An inspection fee of $15.00 applies if the returned item is found to be working, and it will be delivered back at your expense.
- Replacement warranty covers fully functional units after the checking process (up to 20 business days). Physical damage voids the warranty.
