Displayed in a smoke free home.  Comes with what you see and in the condition pictured.  I am currently selling off most of my Hasbro collection.  Sorry for the lack of details.  Most of my figures were never transformed and were placed directly on a shelf behind acrylic windows.  Please feel free to ask any questions if you need specifics.
