This comes with everything pictured. I believe it to be all original and extra pieces. In order to say that with 100% confidence, I would have to completely disassemble the set.

The maze has the mechanism (which is built once) and comes with two plates and bricks that can be used to create mazes on the plates. As pictured is one of the patterns in the instructions (the mostly tan maze, complete) but the original set did not come with enough bricks to completely build two mazes as pictured in the instructions. The mostly green maze is as close as it can get, but would require some pieces from the other maze to build as pictured in the instructions. This is how the set was designed -- I have not removed any pieces from the set.

The set will be sent partially disassembled in a well-padded box. I have taken apart only the minimum amount of pieces so that the item can be safely shipped in its original box (the maze, when built, is slightly larger than the box).
