It is BLACK FLORAL PRINT, with Short Sleeves, Lined in Solid Black, Rear Zipper Closure, Elasticized Waistband, Cross-Over Neckline, ending with Pleated Detail at Waistband, Faux Wrap Front in Skirt from Pleated Detail, in Soft Fabric. Armpit to Armpit measures approx. 23" Across and 52" Long. Label reads Shell 95% Polyester, 5% Spandex, Lining 100% Polyester, SIZE 20W. Thank you for looking. 

Note: Dress is displayed on Regular Sized Form so Waist appears to be lower than natural waist. Lining does not extend all the way to hemline.
